Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During high-volume periods or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. You will be notified if your order is delayed for any reason.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer reliable shipping across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

Within major cities: 2–5 business days
Outside major cities / remote areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Some promotions may include free shipping. Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing a tracking number (if available). You can use this tracking information to monitor your delivery status.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Techmanistan is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Damaged or Lost Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is received damaged, defective, or missing, please contact us immediately with photographic or video evidence.

We will evaluate the issue and work to provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. Reporting damaged or lost items promptly helps us resolve issues quickly.

International Shipping

Currently, Techmanistan ships only within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
